Position Summary: Under direction, organize and direct the day-to-day activities and operations of the Maintenance Department; inspect and participate in the activities of maintenance crews; train and supervise the performance of assigned staff.

Experience and Education
-High school graduation or equivalent is required.
-Associate of Arts degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field is preferred.
-Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in custodial or maintenance work, including three years of experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
Licenses and Certifications
Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
